Position Summary

The Sr. Marketing Specialist drives results and ensures alignment with Flexfab's strategic goals, business objectives, and HEARTS culture. Works with creative vendors to execute marketing communication materials. Support sales teams with sales tools necessary to educate our customers and promote brand advocacy. Works with Business Units to learn about needs and develop creative briefs based on internal technical knowledge. Pull knowledge and preferences from the organization to provide tools to improve customer service, communication, and brand perception. Support Business Unit leaders to analyze opportunities and invest in new market opportunities. Lead Flexfab with new digital communication tools and support the objective of broadcasting their unique capabilities to the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Creative Project Development.

  • Work with the Sales team and Respective Customers to understand customers’ unique needs.

  • Work with Adobe Suites platforms for quick-turnaround graphic design needs.

  • Meet with technical knowledge leaders internally to guide creative brief development.

  • Support Business Case Development.

  • Manage Website Overhaul and Maintenance.

  • Analyze and Report Google Analytics and other tools.

  • Develop landing pages and evaluate effectiveness.

  • Manage Digital Marketing campaigns.

  • CRM/SCO analytics

  • Manage Advertising campaigns.

  • Support sales collateral, email banners, corporate presentation decks, roadmap

  • Build Flexfab’s Brand Image.

  • Support media, creative development, and trade show budget creation and management.

  • Support trade show activity with graphic design, giveaway sourcing, and attendee experience management. In addition to trade show asset preparation and maintenance.

  • Support Business Units and Sales team with CRM management tools.

  • Execute email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • B.B.A. or B.S. in marketing or related discipline.

  • 5+ years in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product & Brand Management, or related experience

  • Experience in/with supporting manufacturing organizations.

  • Creative Development. Adobe Creative Suites, Canva, illustrate, ext. Abilities.

  • Microsoft Office Suites.

  • Basic HTML Coding Abilities.

  • Sales Relations Abilities.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent priority management skills.

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

Working Conditions
